Talisker Bay, The Sequel

On Saturday we had time before lunch at The Three Chimneys for a short walk. We decided on a repeat of the Talisker Bay walk as this was suitably easy and good for getting up a bit of appetite for some good food & wine.

We had an excellent lunch, with goat, fish soup, Lythe (a fancy name for Pollock…), etc. The wine I chose was an English one from the Three Choirs vineyard, made with some unfamiliar (for me at least) grape varieties: Phoenix, Madelaine Angevine, Huxelrebe. It was very good!

During a stop in Portree I came upon this scene in the harbour.
